First Day Cover. 1914 (Apr. 19) Cover from Belgium to W.T Wilson in Birmingham franked 15c, handstamped "T" and endorsed "2d to pay" with a 2d postage due stamp cancelled at Handsworth on the first day of issue (Apr. 20), a North Western T.P.O Day Down transit c.d.s alongside, a fine F.D.C with R.P.S Certificate (2011). Also a stampless cover posted from Manchester to Southport on April 20th, a 2d due applied the following day, the second day of issue. (2). Photo on Page 10.
