A USA ARMY STEEL HELMET, this is khaki green in colour and traces of black are coming through the paint, each side has a spade symbol, this was to indicate they were from the 2nd Battalion of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 101st Airborne division, the inside liner and chin strap are present with the helmet, the helmet is post Vietnam era, the sweat band is dated 1977, the helmet cradle is dated 1973, this helmet is for reenactment purposes, Customers must satisfy themselves prior to sale in regards to conditions and authenticity, viewing is advised, condition reports are available on request
