Susie Cooper - Grays Pottery - A 1920s Paris jug decorated in the 8189 pattern, height 12.5cm, together with two 8071 Cubist pattern grapefruit bowls, diameter 16.5cm, all with printed marks all S/D. (3)
The Paris jug has a star crack to the base, scuffs and scratches to the paintwork, especially the black and the blue has oxidised slightly.
The cereal bowls both appear unfinished in that they have white sqaures that should be blue, but as they have been glazed over, it would appear this is how they left the factory. Both are crazed and the paint has oxidised.
