BRITISH WWII PROPAGANDA PARODY: British PWE produced 12pf + 8pf red stamp depicting Himmler shackling a German civilian. A parody of the 1944 issue commemorating the 21st anniv. of the 1933 'Beer Hall' putsch. Hinged, slightly thinned, small tear and somewhat grubby, but a rare stamp nevertheless.
