NB: You will pay 47.6% on the hammer price on some lots in this auction. This is made up of 20% VAT on the hammer price (VAT registered vendor) together with 27.6% Buyer's Premium. Please check the fees box on each lot for the correct fees.
A £100 deposit is required for all bidders not known to the Auctioneers. This will be refunded automatically at the end of the sale if the bid is not successful. If the bid is successful, this sum will be used towards the final bill. Invoices are sent out after the auction has ended.
Payment of goods is by bank transfer or by card payments on-line or by phone. Follow the link on your invoice email to pay on line. Invoices are sent out at the when the auction ends. Payment MUST be made within 24 hours of the auction ending. We are open Mon to Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm for collections. We are not open at the weekend or on Bank Holidays.
ALL LOTS MUST BE COLLECTED WITHIN 4 WORKING DAYS OF THE AUCTION ENDING. WE DO NOT OFFER A DELIVERY/COURIER SERVICE FOR THIS AUCTION. ITEMS UNCOLLECTED AFTER 10 DAYS WILL DEEMED ABANDONED AND FORFEITED.

All lots are available for your own inspection or for inspection by an expert instructed by you. MST Auctioneers are not entering into a contract with you in respect of the Condition Report and accordingly we do not assume responsibility to you in respect of it, nor do we agree to owe you, as a Bidder, any obligation or duty in respect of this free report about a lot.
