The first of very many Shiny Charizard cards! Did you know this card depicts the original colour of Charizard's Shiny? The original Shiny was Purple skin with Green under-wings. This colouration was changed between Generation 2 and 3. This card has been authenticated and graded by CGC and awarded a perfect Gem Mint 9. Population 28.Grading report: A Mint card has four sharp corners with only minor wear visible. Slight minor flaws on the edges may be visible. The surface must have all original gloss; however, a small number of specks or one minor spot or surface defect is allowed. For TCG cards, cards will have only a few minor manufacturing or handling defects. For sports and non-sports cards, centering must be 60/40 or better for the front of the card, and 90/10 for the back.About this card: Shining Pokémon debuted in Neo Revelation with Shining Magikarp and Gyarados. Shining Pokémon were the first instance of Shiny Pokémon in the TCG. They feature a dark, textured holo pattern over the Pokémon only, there is no holo on the background image. Shiny Pokémon are a recurring element of the TCG, showing up in many forms, and under many different named rarities.
