WW1 Blackshaw family range with:
1. 1914 Star trio to 22357 Gnr J. Blackshaw R.F.A. extremely fine. Joseph Blackshaw was killed in action with 17th Bty, 41st Bde RFA on 3rd November 1914 and is commemorated on the Menin Gate. He landed France 16/8/14 and was issued clasp to star. With copied MIC, CWGC and Soldiers Died.
2. 1914-15 Star trio to 44521 Bmbr J. Blackshaw R.F.A. (Dvr on star) good very fine. John Blackshaw enlisted aged 29 on 18/11/14, served with C/116 Bde in France 18/9/15 to 4/12/15, then to Salonika with B/116 Bde, returning home 28/2/19. With 3 copied pages of service record. (R)
