Militaria : a 19thC Royal Navy Officer's bicorn hat by J Baker & Co of Portsmouth , the interior with suede band and silk upper, the black velvet exterior with interlaced edging, flat cockade and gold braid points. With shaped tole peinte case, marked ' L. Dixon R. N.' Case approx 18" long, the hat approx size 7 1/4 (US 22 5/8")
