A GOOD CELADON JADE 'LINGZHI AND CHILONG' BRUSH WASHER
QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY
螭龙灵芝纹青白玉笔洗 清 18世纪
in the form of a large central lingzhi fungus growing from a gnarled branch which forms the foot of the washer, with several smaller lingzhi growing to the side, the back with a Chilong crawling to the rim, raised on a fitted elaborately carved naturalistic hardwood base and shaped hardwood stand

Jade is in good overall condition with general signs of age. The wood stand is missing a piece to the front of the naturalistic upper section - also part of one foot and the apron from the lower section of the stand.
