AN EARLY 20TH CENTURY, 18CT GOLD OPAL AND DIAMOND RING, designed with three oval opal cabochons, interspaced with four small single cut diamonds, scrolling shoulders leading onto a polished band, hallmarked 18ct Birmingham 1904, ring size K, approximate gross weight 3.4 grams (condition report: general light wear, would benefit from a gentle clean and polish, stones secure, light abrasion to the opal surface, overall condition good)
