1929 FIRST MAIL CARRYING FLIGHT FROM FRANCE TO MAURITIUS: 17 Oct. 1929 registered and carried on the 1st mail carrying flight from France. The env. was flown from France to Madagascar and onward by sea due to illness and the journey completed by sea to Mauritius. Signed by Goulette & Marchesseau. A scarce survivor.
