A Charles II and later oak, walnut and marquetry mule chest, late 17th century and later, alterations, the hinged, moulded four-plank top on split pin hinges, over two panel sides and a front with applied mouldings, ebonised turned half-bobbin mounts, cruciform panels and central architectural panel with arched doorway, over an x-panelled full width drawer, later bun feet, 45¾ x 21in. (116.25 x 53.5cm.), 35in. (89cm.) high, later interior conversion and back panel.
