A Victorian ruby diamond and pearl heart and arrow sentiment bar brooch, unmarked gold set with old European cut ruby and rose cut diamonds with whole pearl terminals, ruby measures 4.50 x 4.00 x 2.50mm, brooch length 50mm, 3.6g
No damage or repair, all stones present, ruby is a vivid pinkish red, there is one tiny surface-reaching fracture near the girdle which stems into a slightly larger internal fracture, diamonds are bright and white with only a few tiny surface chips only visible with a loupe, settings lightly abraded, brooch fitting working, unmarked.
