After Edmé Bouchardon (French, 1698-1762), a patinated bronze figural group modelled as blindfolded cupid with a young child, probably late 19th or early 20th century, 57cm high (at fault)
The figure shows evidence of possible repair to Cupid's hand holding the torch. Some areas of the casting appear to be somewhat crudely finished. The patinated finish shows the odd small spot of white residue, small stains and areas of dirt.
