A French Edwardian carriage clock having an eight-day duration timepiece movement with a platform lever escapement, the backplate stamped with a horseshoe trademark and signed Patent French Make, possibly Japy Freres, the white enamel dial with black Roman numerals and blued steel spade hands, the brass Obis case having a scroll handle, height 15cm/12.2cm, handle up/down.
