A VERY GOOD QUALITY LATE 19TH / EARLY 20TH CENTURY SILVER CIGAR / CIGARETTE BOX, from the maker’s Fenton Brothers Ltd of Sheffield. Date letter is rubbed but likely between 1896 & 1916. Nice heavy box; with wooden lining to the top & bottom, hinged lid in working order. Dimensions: 22.25 wide x 13.75cm deep x 8cm tall. Weight – total including wooden lining: 1580 grams. Condition: very good; wooden interior is nice and clean; the silver is in good condition however there are some small dents to the front, back & top.
