An Austin Pathfinder pedal car, c.1949/50. No number stamped on seat but there is a replacement panel over the original one.
The Pathfinder was based on the Austin 7 racing car. It was manufactured only during 1949 and 1950.
They were made at the Austin Motor Company Ltd Junior Car Factory in Bargoed, South Wales, by miners with a lung condition caused by coal dust.

extra images on our website, the seat has a later panel placed over it, no steering wheel, seat padding or exhaust, family owned for a number of years but more for display in the vendors garage
