John Manton & Son 14 bore converted from percussion shotgun from circa 1845. It was converted to centrefire in the mid 1870’s by Henry Akrill of Beverley using a John Thomas vertical wedge snap action, patent 3091 of 1870. In addition it was subsequently nitro proofed after 1925.
