A natural saltwater pearl and diamond lavalier necklace, circa 1920s, featuring an egg-shaped pearl in engraved mount, cream coloured with rose overtones approximately measuring 10.3 x 8.4 mm, framed within a teardrop-shaped pendant surround with millgrain details, encrusted with rose-cut and single-cut diamonds throughout, suspending from a series of articulated diamond-links leading to a fine cable chain with spring-ring clasp, unmarked white metal testing as 18ct, pendant drop length 4.4 cm, overall 39.0 cm long, total weight of item 7.4 grams. The item is subjected to a verbal report from GCS confirming this is a natural saltwater pearl. (Ref: 5784-2012)
