Arthur, Duke of Wellington WM commemorative medallion by Allen & Moore, Birmingham, obverse proud bust of Wellington left, reverse "Britain Mourns Her Hero Now At Rest", "Waterloo 1815" in exergue, diameter 50mm, EF; an AE token featuring Wellington and listing his major successes NVF; 2 To Hanover base tokens, F; a bedspace plate named "The Cameron Highlanders, 2901, E. Cowie", with regimental device, reverse stamped with maker's name and "Duty"; and an interesting small cross, 21mm x 21mm not including ring engraved "October 2nd 8th" on top arm, "Bombardment of Tamsui" across centre, "1884" below, reverse scroll pattern with "H.E.P". (the Battle of Tansui was part of the Sino French War) a charming piece. GF £50-60
