An 18 carat gold Boucheron 'Carrée' wristwatch with Patek Philippe movement, the gold square dial and case with all-over hobnail decoration, the crown with a blue stone cabochon, the case back engraved with a crest and 'VENTIS SECUNDIS', the edge engraved 'BOUCHERON MADE IN FRANCE' and patent no. BT1203255, the strap clasp stamped '750', with slide-closing black leather strap, in original Boucheron case. Dial 17mm square, case 25mm square
