WW1 German S98/05nA Transitional pattern Bayonet. 364mm long fullered single edged blade, maker marked "Simson, Suhl", spine of blade marked "W15". Wooden grips. No flashguard. Working release catch. Inspection marks to pommel. Numbered to crossguard 4.338. Complete with scabbard with matching numbers, 4.338. Inspection mark to frog stud.
