19th century oak plank topped tavern table of small proportions on plain legs with H shaped stretcher, 71 x 78 cm, Two plank top, one of the planks has bowed up, there are knot holes, stains, & scuffs, the planks have parted each side of top has been routed & filled wit strip of wood, some mission, the frame has signs of historic woodworm. One underside rail is split by a nail being hammered through the top plank into the rail, they missed centre of rail, caught side & part of nail exposed as it splits through the rail. Other wear & discolouration to base frame.
