German Aircraft fragment purportedly from the first German Luftwaffe aeroplane shot down over Great Britain. Heinkel He111 of Bomber wing 26 was shot down on Newton Abbot Farm, Humbie near Edinburgh by Spitfire Pilot Archie McKellar of 602 Squadron on 28th October 1939. Interesting display piece.
