Clarice Cliff - Sunray - A small Globe shape teapot circa 1929, hand painted with an abstract city scape with rising sun and birds in flight, large Fantasque mark and Lawleys gold backstamp, height 10cm, cover restored.
The cover is a genuine Clarice Cliff Globe shape cover but it is a marriage and has been over sprayed and painted to match. The restoration is now failing and flaking and as such would need reworking. The tip of the spout has been restored professionally and this repair is fine and would not need reworking.
