An ormolu filigree jewellery casket, 20th century, of rectangular form with canted corners, with bevelled glass panels, raised upon four feet, with red velvet interior, 10cm high
The piece shows minor surface wear to the ormolu throughout. The glass panels show no obvious chips or cracks, but are dirty and would benefit from cleaning. The velvet interior tray sits loose in the bottom of the casket, but appears to be original to the piece.
