A 19TH CENTURY HOME FRONT STEEL BATH WITH ORIGINAL TOP, this bath is cream in colour on the lid and inside with a grey exteriors, it still retains its carry handles, there is some surface rust to the lid and around the rim of the bath, this bath has had some protective coating applied around the exterior of the bath, possibly to hide the rusting or help preserve it, similar in design to one mentioned in a trade advertisement for baths and toilet-ware made by Edward Perry, Wolverhampton, England, 1868, as a japanned travelling bath, bath diagram/leaflet not included, Customers must satisfy themselves prior to sale in regards to conditions and authenticity, viewing is advised, condition reports are available on request, please note this lot is too large and our in house shipping team are unable to send this, the successful purchaser must collect or arrange their own courier
