Scarce Early War Midlands Region Ambulance Service Helmet


MKII steel helmet.  The front and rear with white "A".  Both sides with yellow and green pennants for the Midlands region.  Black treated linen liner.  Fibre frame dated 1938.  1st pattern, oval, rubber crown pad.  Sprung webbing chinstrap.  Helmet with some rusting.
