A CHINESE FAMILLE ROSE PORCELAIN TEA SERVICE, ZHUSHAN PORCELAIN COMPANY, REPUBLIC PERIOD. Comprising a teapot, sugar bowl, creamer, a lobed tray, eight dishes, six saucers, eight cups. All decorated with iron red and famille rose enamels featuring a dragon and phoenix amidst cloud scrolls. Each with six character marks for the Zhushan Porcelain Company excluding the tray which has an unglazed base. Tray 28.5cm length. (26)
Condition: Teapot with section restuck to tip of spout. One saucer with pieces restuck at edge. Another saucer with small nick to rim with 2cm hairline. One dish with shallow chip to underside of rim. Another dish with 1.5cm hairline at rim. Another dish with small nicks to rim. One cup with 4cm hairline. Another cup with small nick to rim. All other items not mentioned are in good order.
