A FINE 19TH CENTURY FRENCH REPEATING BRASS CARRIAGE CLOCK retailed by Marius Goode of Marseille, with large central dial and three subsidiary dial, painted with black Roman numerals. 17 cm high inc handle. Note: The clock featured chimes that rang a specific number of times to mark the hours. "Repeating" refers to the fact that a person could push a button to repeat the chime pattern if they wished.
