George Hunt after M Egerton: a good set of four horse racing etchings with aquatint - 19th century, comprising 'Weighing & Rubbing Down', 'Preparing to Start', 'At Speed' and 'Winning', 8¾ x 22¾ in (22.2 x 57.8 cm), oak frames with gilt slips, 29.5 x 64.75 cm.

* Condition: Not examined out of the frames. 'Weighing & Rubbing Down' and 'Winning' are both in good condition, with a few tiny faint spots and a few small soil marks to the margins, and very slight time staining to the sheet. 'At Speed' has a faint line of spotting across the upper left corner and very light time staining. 'Preparing to start' has more notable spotting and some time staining across the sheet. All four have just very slight fading to the colour.
