Zerega, 152, Brompton Road, London, signed and dated 1892; Back and sides: rosewood, repaired hairlines, refinishing; Top: natural spruce with wide boxwood string and pearl block inlays, similar inlay to sound hole rosette, replacement bridge plate; Neck: cedar; Fretboard: ebony; Frets: good, refret; Hardware: modified tuning strip to treble side, engraved tuning strips with ivory buttons; Case: semi-rigid fibreboard case; Nut width: 48mm; Scale length: 650mm; Overall condition: good for age

*Eduardo Zerega AKA Edgar E. Hill was a mandolin and guitar player with Zerega's Spanish Troubadours. He was also an instructor, seller and distributor or musical instrument and sheet music. Originally from America, he resided at 152 Brompton Rd, London between 1892 and 1905.
