A Lightweight double gun case made for a pair of up to approx 30" barrel 12 bore side-by-side shotguns. Pine carcass covered in leather with brass corners and internal pine fittings lined in red melton. Made by Bryant's of Peckham probably for Holland and Holland, with a hasp lock closure. Named with a brass medallion and embossed letters to AL Woodhouse of Chelmsford. Made around 1908 with a later added makers label and original dated receipt. Missing securing straps and without keys.
