STOCKINGS & CORSETS IN WARTIME: a remarkable archive of letters and sketches from Captain Geoffrey Eastman Crabtree (RGA), 1912-19, formed of an extensive series of ALS to his lover and wife Florence Crabtree (nee Hills), some sent from the Ypres front during WWI revealing a fascination for female dress, in particular stockings and corsetry, accompanied by numerous ink and pencil sketches related, approx 60 letters and notes accompanied by two field notebooks, photographs and some related documents, with recent full printed transcription provided.
