Having a broad flat stem, dated maker’s mark of ‘IS’, (PS17829), to oval bowl, length 18.8cm

John Sandord (PS8201) has been suggested as the owner of this mark, as he also used a boars head in his mark. However, Sandford was free in 1674 and this touchmark is dated (16)79.
