CONDITION REPORTS: - We offer condition reports for this auction. - If you need any condition reports about a specific lot(s) then please submit these via the lot itself on the bidding platform before 7:00am on Friday 8th October and we will endeavour to provide you with more information before the auction then starts at 9:30am on Monday 11th November. - If you do not ask for a condition report, then you will be bidding at your own risk as set out in our T&C’s.  PAYMENT: - Invoices MUST be paid by 3:30pm the DAY AFTER THE SALE. COLLECTIONS: - Collections are by appointment only. - Collection location: The Barn, Hampstead Farm, Nr Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire, RG9 4LG. - All lots must be collected by Friday 15th November. - Winning bidders will be able to book a collection slot using our online booking system attached to your invoice email. - All lots remaining after Friday 15th November may be moved to a third-party storage facility in Reading at MBE Reading Store, 105 London Street, Reading, RG1 4QD. You will need to seek confirmation by calling the contact details provided with your invoice. FAILURE TO COLLECT YOUR ITEMS: - Paying and clearing all lots is mandatory for lots won at auction. Bidding is a commitment to buy, and all accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non-withdrawable. DELIVERIES & COURIER INFORMATION: - We recommend using Mailboxes Reading, Patrick at [email protected] 0118 207 5611 - Our recommended man and van services is Declan Casteller, 07596 247224. - Alternatively, you are welcome to instruct your own courier. - Wellers Auctions are unable to provide any pack and send services.
