Belgian 7mm pin-fire double-action Duprez style pepperbox fist pistol, circa 1870, made for the British market with 1 ¾ in. cylinder with scroll-engraving and Birmingham proof-marks, hinged loading gate, open steel frame with scroll engraving, chequered wooden grips with engraved spangles and screws, cartridge extractor rod housed in the butt, folding trigger, much original blue, 4 ¾ in. overall.
