In very good condition, especially considering its age. No major marks of dings. Very minor surface scratching in places from general play, but not really noticeable without looking closely. The lack of wear on the frets would suggest little use.
The action appears ok and to most would probably be acceptable. I personal prefer a very low action and may choose to have it lowered. There is enough in the saddle to allow this, should a lower action be a preference.
