A good Victorian silver mounted Scottish dirk, blade 11½” with scalloped back edge, the ebony hilt of classic form carved with Celtic “strapwork”, the silver mounts embossed with thistles, the pommel with clear facetted glass “stone” (the backing foil has lost its colour), in its leather covered sheath with thistle embossed mounts, the locket with oval panel engraved with initials “WACC” (?), the companion knife and fork having glass “stone” pommels, the upper one clear, the lower one citrine coloured, all parts hall marked for Glasgow 1880.
