A French silver and enamel cigarette box by Paul Guillon, of rectangular form, purple enamel to engine turned cover, scrolling floral decoration to borders, hardwood lined interior, 16.5cm W x 9.5cm D x 5.5cm H, weight 19.70 ozt (at fault)
Delamination to enamel surface to top left hand corner, exposing machine finish below. Wear to machined finish throughout the body. Polish residue to the interior of the cover possibly covering damage, and to the interior corners of the rebate. Interior wood lining is stained, concentrated at the corners. Wear to the base, particularly at the corners.
