MILITARY INTEREST CRIMEA, CHRISTOPHER ROTHERO. A suite of three original pen and ink illustrations, to include a group of three soldiers from the Royal North British Dragoons SCOTS GREYS, Crimean era 1854, signed ROTHERO 1977 (34cm x 31cm). A group of three soldiers from the 39th Dorsetshire regiment Crimean era 1855 unsigned (36.5cm x 30.5cm). Together with a similar illustration depicting a group of three soldiers from a cavalry dragoon regiment, again Crimean War era unsigned (35cm x 30cm). All framed in perspex clip frames measuring. Each illustrations having corrections in white ink, presenting in very good condition. Rothero’s illustrations have appeared in many military books, including OSPREY Men at Arms series and it is likely these were used/produced for one of those publications late 1970s (3)
