35 3/4 inch, single edged blade with wide fuller. Etched foliage scroll panels. Victorian crowned royal coat of arms over field gun and motto. The reverse with Tudor crowned VR cypher and Royal Artillery. Forte with maker "Robt Mole & Sons Birmingham. Makers To The War & India Offices". Back edge numbered "M3759". Plated, three bar guard with downturn quillon. Plain pommel and checkered backstrap. Shagreen covered grip with twist wire binding. Contained in its brown leather covered, wooden field scabbard. Complete with brown leather sword knot. Clean example.
