The Great Egg Race; A Wedgwood Pottery Giant Egg Cup Presented to Barry Lockwood Inscribed "The Great Egg Race", an egg speed eggmobile in hand-built box and three framed photographs of his long distance eggmobile.
*The Great Egg Race was a 1970's BBC Television programme presented by Prof. Heinz Wolf. Barry Lockwood competed in both the distance and speed races, building eggmobiles to transport a single egg as far as possible or as fast as possible using the power from a small elastic band. Barry won the National competition and travelled to Canada for the International final.
