A 19th century composition bas relief panel, in the Grand Tour taste, cast after the Antique with frolicking putti, 10.5cm x 15cm, ebonised frame
It appears to be some form of terracotta/plaster. The frame is clearly 19th century and looks to have been in there a long time. Please see photographs.
