Chinese famille verte baluster jar and cover, Qianlong (1736-95), decorated with birds and foliate panels within a diaper and green cracked ice ground, height 46cm
There is an old riveted repair to the cover, a chip to the point of the finial. Repairs and infill to the neck of the vase with rivets and an associated hair crack. Large frits around the foot rim.
