A George III coromandel dressing box retailed by T Briggs, the fitted interior with an assortment of silver topped jars to include a screw-down inkwell with fitted jewellery drawer below, 33cms wide.
Condition Report
Tired condition, the box veneer is starting to lift on the top and a couple of small areas are missing. There are shrinkage splits to both sides and to the front. The carrying handles appear to be stuck into the frames. The internal interior fittings are associated, not matching and some items are missing. Keys are present.
