Germany; Postal Stationery; two unused WW2 formular cards - "Eilnachricht" (="breaking news")/"Lebenszeichen" (= "signs of life"). One in green to send to forces, one in red to civilians.
These were distributed free to residents in areas subjected to war damage (particularly air raids) in order to inform their family and friends of their survival.
