A common place book, mid 19th century, in full tooled leather binding, containing hand-written transcripts of various poems, bible passages etc, with titles including 'Domestic Virtue', 'The Widow Of Zarephath' and 'Home When Absent', the earliest dated 1844, with the occasional sketch, loose and pasted in letters, pressed flowers, and a handwritten booklet titled 'Extracts of Baptisms Of The Lumley Family From The Parish Of Coldkirby' (at fault)
