Petit Verdot ripens late, suitable for warmer climates for its added dimension of tannin, colour, and flavour to develop. This wine comprises grapes from vineyards in Stellenbosch, contributing structure; Walker Bay, lending elegance and Robertson for enhanced concentration. Careful handling of the juice on skins, whole-berry fermentation and gentle cap management techniques further contributed to quality.
