The 1920’s: four different items to include a small heart-shaped sequin bag with sequin strap, a mix of copper-coloured beads and gold sequins; a1920’s stylized plastic bag frame with strap, moulded with two recumbent ladies in classical robes, next to a floral display, the top button shaped like a flower, stamped inside with an anchor; a fringed chain mesh bag with embossed silver metal frame, chain, the colours a mix of tangerine, pale blue and cream, forming a geometric design; the final bag, with embossed gold metal frame and chain, and two pink stones fitted to the top, is entirely covered in sequins, gold for the borders and pink/cream for the body in shell pattern, separated by gold bugle beads, the addition of a calling card inside for Iris. The mesh bag has a few repair stitches under each corner of the metal frame. The lining of bag 4 is shattered.
